Let’s check out what the schedule looks for the 2017 World Champion Houston Astros.

As you may recall, the Houston Astros are already a shoe-in to win the 2017 World Series.

Just for grins and giggles, it is still be fun to see which teams they will be besting next year.

And a good way to start your championship season on the right foot is playing your first game in front of the home crowd. The Houston Astros will experience as such when the team welcomes the Seattle Mariners April 3rd. This will be a welcomed change from the this season’s cold start in New York against the Yankees.

Next year will also see the Astros take on the NL East in inter-league play, which will surely bring back memories of past rivalries with the Atlanta Braves, New York Mets, and Philadelphia Phillies. And circle this series on your calendar: Bryce Harper and the Washington Nationals come to town August 22nd-24th.

The 2017 season schedule is definitely an interesting one. While there isn’t any stretch of games that appear to be unwindable, the Astros will still have to take care of business.

Pay attention to the last week of September; I have a feeling that week could make or break the season. But why am I worrying, we have the Sports Illustrated World Series prediction on our side, what can go wrong?
