]]> The city of Houston has been treated to stardom in the last year. The Texans drafted J.J. Watt just two years ago, and he has already become the Defensive Player of the Year in the NFL. Watt has been a superstar for Houston both on and off the field, and has arguably become the face of the franchise for the Texans. The Rockets made a big move just before the season tipped off, bringing in James Harden who has quickly become a superstar in the NBA. Both Watt and Harden have become stars in their respective sports and have brought excitement to the city of Houston.

]]> I know I said that I was done talking about lists and potential.  The focus would be what is happening on the field now that Spring Training has begun.  But that was a lie, and we have Baseball America to blame.  They released their Top 100 prospect list today and 5 Astros prospects made the cut.

]]> I grew up listening to the great Milo Hamilton, before finally getting cable. I always enjoyed listening to Bill Brown and JD, and was very disappointed to hear about the change this year. Those two really made Astros games semi-enjoyable last year, and helped me (and I’m sure others as well) survive the long season. However, even with the change in the booth, I plan on still watching every possible game this season.
