		<description>I think the top pick limit is 7.2 million, it will take close to that to sign Appel, McCullers or whoever they choose. The rest should be okay to cover the rest of the draft but, your right, it will limit most teams from going for the stud athlete that has options. I REALLY worry about the international market, I think Crane wanted to model the Astros after the Rangers and that was a big factor for the Rangers.

 

Really interesting because it puts the &#039;Stros in a weird spot because they finally have the right mind set and resources to build the club the right way but now can&#039;t use those resources. I wonder if Crane might let whoever the GM might turn out to be to spend a little bit more in free agency then he originally intended to.</description>
