The rest should be okay to cover the rest of the draft but, your right, it will limit most teams from going for the stud athlete that has options. I REALLY worry about the international market, I think Crane wanted to model the Astros after the Rangers and that was a big factor for the Rangers. Really interesting because it puts the 'Stros in a weird spot because they finally have the right mind set and resources to build the club the right way but now can't use those resources. I wonder if Crane might let whoever the GM might turn out to be to spend a little bit more in free agency then he originally intended to.
