It would be hard for the commish to justify the move to the AL west in any way except "I can kill the sale and twist the current and future owners arms until they agree. Other than that it obviously makes now sense." I'd go join the protest and I'm not an Astro die hard. It would seem perhaps that intervention of the Biggio and Bagwells of the world could raise a fair amount of bad press for Dud..pardon me Bud. We all know how he likes bad press. Just sayin...
