If next year is in limbo and Dragging still owns the team then I would seriously worry about the Astros not taking the best maybe top 5 players available because of going over slot. Mclane has one foot out the door, and if we noticed anything from this years class is that it was pretty conservative with guys that they were able to sign for slot. The Astros spent as much money on the draft this year as the Pirates did no one player. That scares me. At least if we have ownership stability hopefully we will take advantage of having early picks.
